As long as the neurotoxins are active in the target's blood stream, the target is stuck seeing their worst fears come to life before their very eyes. The pain, torture, and agony might be all in their head, but it FEELS very real to the target. The Fog of Madness is non-lethal unless the target dies of heart failure. He can also manipulate the kinetic energy of anything in direct contact with him, like his whip, which allow his melee attacks to much more precise, deadly, and unpredictable than expected. Also has the power to do a kinetic energy version of a chaos blast attack. It is called Kinetic Burst.
