Description
Fractal art wallpaper created in UF.**1920x1080 available in downloads**
**Please do not post my wallpapers on other sites without my express written permission. (which is usually given) You have my thanks. **
Been working on some Benoit submisssions the last night or two. I like this one, but it might be a bit too clinical. Figure I will work on it a bit more and see if I can't create a bit more visual interest. For now, this version gets turned into wallpaper. Enjoy!

I don't know what's been of the contest but this is definitely one of your best works, in my humble opinion. A very well deserved DD. Great.

quite a concept... I like how it reminds of a circuit but it's not clearly a circuit

Hey man, what formula did you use to create this? Well, the basic straight shapes anyway, I'm not asking you how you did the whole thing but would love to do something similar

Straight for the gold eh?
It's barnsley techno J in the ea.ufm folder.

No problem. If you need more than that, let me know. There are a LOT of variants for it.
Also, this one in particular has a kaleidoscope mapping on it for the symmetry...

I've been playing around with it for a while but can't seem to get anything decent out of it, I'm going for something angular but all I'm getting is a mess lol

}
This is a barnsley J Deluxe. It starts off angular. When I first explore a formula, I generally duplcate the layer, and start messing with settings. Once I find a shape I like, I duplicate the layer and tweak further.
If it starts producing effects I don't want, I del the layer and reduplicate.

Seriously, How the hell do you do stuff like this on UF? any time i used it i was left with a swirly mess lol.
Nice work man, This is awesome, i thought it was a picture of a circuit board or something.

Thankfully not all formulae are swirly messes. Otherwise, I'd have my work cut out for me.
Glad you enjoyed it.

Damn, you give me and the others some competition, Pa.
I hope you will win at least one of the 25 spaces.

Gotta keep you little badgers on yer toes. XD
I hope I get a spot too, but it's just nice to get some fractaling in. I was missing it pretty bad, but couldn't find any inspiration whatsoever.
Competitions are usually a good way to fix the problem.

At first it looked like looking on a skyscraper/cityscape from the top-down. At the same time it looks like computer chips or something. It looks awesome however you look at it.

It kind of looks like a big city, as seen from above, through the eyes of an impressionist. Interesting...

Thanks. UF stands for Ultra Fractal. It's used for calculating and displaying fractals. You can get a trial version of ultrafractal.com.
