This goes for all of them; They're all adorable and I really like the clothes they all got too.

If you pardon the pun, I'm noticing a slight evolution in your art style, between each of these seasonal "Deerling" pictures.
Both the autumn and winter pictures had some similarities, e.g. she faces in the same direction and her arms are raised. This time, the head/muzzle is pointed sideways and the facial expression isn't quite so static. She wears a different outfit, which is actually my personal favorite of the three shown so far. The shawl adds a bit of style while (presumably) being a bit easier to draw than whatever she might be wearing under it.
I also notice that the background is getting more detailed too, from abstract brush strokes and simplified geometric shapes, to recognizable buildings and flowers in this picture.
One tip I'd like to suggest, is taking a closer look at the shadow you're putting underneath the Deerling. In all three pictures so far, the shadow is smaller than I'd expect for her size, even allowing for the sunlight to be streaming straight downward. And in this particular case, I'd expect that one outstretched arm to cast a shadow as well, even if it's simplified.

I'm glad that i've been making progress over the last six months and that's it's noticeable! I did try to mix things up with the head on this one, I draw too many characters looking almost-straight at the viewer.
Regards the shadow, you're almost certainly right, it's a shade too small - but it's definitely in-keeping with the others in the series
It's something i'll keep an eye out for in the final entry later this year.

It's actually really cool to see anthropomorphized Pokemon in it's proper Pokemon-art style. You should definitely do more of these, they interest me.
