Digimon wikia has made confirmation that ChaosGallantmon is the knight form of Megidramon stating that they are one and the same.

Yeah, I dunno how to tell you this, but Gallantmon is the closest thing Megidramon has to a 'Fighter Mode'. Well, not really, more like Gallantmon is the 'Human Spirit' equivalent, the orderly rational part of that entity, and Megidramon the 'Beast Spirit', ruled entirely by instinct and it's own passion.

I happen to like Megidramon, even though his mere existence can rip apart the world he's put into. Maybe this form you made has some sort of seal put onto him, even though the Digital Hazard symbol is glowing red. Heh, if there WAS a Megidramon Fightermode Special Digivolution Card (refering to the special cards in DBO in a way), THIS would be the results! There has to be some sort of being as the seal......I'VE GOT IT! Takato! If Takato is merged with him, as long as Takato can handle the energy from the Digital Hazard (I'd think there would be a time limit, then if he stays Bio merged too long, it would destroy him) the power would be held back. Heh, funny things I come-up with! That idea I came-up with (About sealing), subconsiously MAY have came from MMSF3, where a destructive meteor filled with destructive energy, is being held back by a human being! The long lost father of the main character in MMSF series. (and it only took him 3 games, just to find him!) Well, I'm getting off-track, better end this now. Bye!

How's about a good rival for all that exists? Megidramon's very presence makes the worlds start to rip apart, what was the thought here, to it look better before all that we know is shredded before our eyes?

Megidramon is the harbinger of the Digital Hazard, a force that is constantly trying to rip apart the digital world, our world, anything and everything. This force is unlocked the second that Megidramon appears on any plane of existence, his MERE PRESENCE is enough to start throwing things into chaos.
Megidramon is pure evil, nothing like any of the other villains in the digi-mon series(except maybe the d-reaper) whose only goal is to just destroy all around it, and ultimately, itself, too.
Making a fighter mode for Magidramon would only make it stronger, able to survive longer whilst the worlds fall into submission to it.

This "Fighter Mode" is the form of Megidramon who actually got "mind".He understand the difference between good and evil.

That's the thing, it doesn't matter if he has a mind that understands the difference, Megidramon's presence still is able to rip apart all that exists.
That's the Digital Hazard, nothing can stop it unless Megidramon is defeated or it de-digivolves.

That's on Gallantmon crimson mode, this is Megidramon, the exact opposite. And as you can see by the chest plate design along with the shoulder plates, the digital hazard is still etched into every piece of this beast.

I read a fanfic once, where Takato biomerged with Megidramon into Medievalgallantmon... (And just so you know Medievalgallantmon is an actual digimon, not one I or the one who created the fanfic made up...)

I have to say, this is an awesome mode for him. Did you use Paildramon's head as a base, because it looks similar. But, where are the eyes? Are they the blue almonds or the red slits in white almonds below them?

Look my friend I use Microsoft Paint to make these sprites.My first sprites was really awful

Hmm...It's take some of my time but not much.I made this sprite in about 1hour.Now about the software , I use Photoshop sometimes.
