So!! Change in art style, change in ref sheets. Starting with Billy G. It's a common reoccurring theme (even in comments not just the storyline) that he's mistaken for a girl, he is comfortable with how he dresses and acts but with bullying in y'know cause it's highschool he tends to shy away and not dress 'too flashy', but still enough to sometimes be a target. However with Sommers as his best and closest friend it doesn't go without justice, seeing as Sommers is quite open with his thoughts and fists. Even though sometimes Sommers does pick and tease him. Billy was raised by 2 women, parents being Mary and Sue happily married together. His dad was a donor and is unknown, nor interested in knowing anyway, definitely gets his hair and height (canonically final height check in: 5'5") from the father's side and everything else, including the baby face from his mom's side. On the chubby/curvy side. (Yeah even for a dude he's curvy and that becomes more apparent the older he gets.)

His upbringing is often discussed for how 'girly' he dresses and acts, being pretty in tune with his emotions. His parents didn't push any gender roles onto him so nothing was ever some forced stereotype. They raised him with piano lessons, cooking lessons so whenever they came home late or went out for a night on their own he was able to prepare just about any and every meal in his pre-teen years.
He enjoys singing as well as playing piano, cooking and baking, relaxing at home, reading, video games, hanging out with his friends (especially Sommers), night walks, and romance films. He does have a fair deal of anxiety and PTSD from childhood trauma.

He is pansexual but isn't out yet. But Hatcher and Sommers already figure he's 'big gay'.
His personality and soft, kind, shy, innocent. His anxiety issues tend to leave him stuttering and stammering sometimes and worsens with the level of stress or embarrassment. He SUCKS at lying and rarely does it.
And yes he does wear flats. But not always of course.
