Beautiful character! I come back to stare at her sometimes. Your pixel works are so clean looking and perfect. I love the color palette you used for her. I really like the bubbly looking dress. It reminds me of flower petals (although I'm sure that's what you intended? lol..). The hair accessory looks like it's made of paper butterflies strung together to me. ^^
