The fifth week came quickly for him. He was so excited about the hypnotherapy that rated him ten on ten to his personal trainer. He liked it so much and got so much addicted that asked for more. The personal trainer smiled and told him that he had more of course. He gave Adam a new pair of headphones and told him to change them every month, just to change the file and to go on with the therapy. Everything made perfect sense to Adam and thanked him for the new headphones.
He wore them and the same waves started pounding into his ears again. He got into a deep trance as usual and started working out. The waves were the same, but the voice was now saying different things. The subliminals slowly started to making him addicted to the hypnotherapy and willing to continue. His new life purpose was now clear to Adam: to get a sexy and muscular body. But to do that, he had to follow every of his coach instructions, to obey him. Adam wanted to do that so bad.. he needed to get sexier and bigger. He got more into fitness and started eating more healthy and spending a more healthy life, doing a lot of exercise and never stay sit or layed on the couch. Studying was unhealthy.. it stopped him to work out, so he slowly stopped studying and his grades went very low.
Adam didn't noticed the differences, and didn't even care about them.
A month had passed and he returned to his coach to give him the headphones. He was so happy and excited for the new ones.. There was only one more instruction now, he had to listen to the files even while sleeping. The coach explained it would have helped him to clear his mind from all the useless thoughts and to relax. It seemed a wonderful idea to Adam, so he agreed and went to work out.
Months had passed. Adam got bigger and his mind more and more programmed. He left the school and started focusing only on the gym. His body got bigger and his brain smaller. It was hard for him to formulate an actual thought, unless it was something that the coach made him thought.
After a year, his life was totally changed and there was no way to turn back. His body was big and sexy. His life purpose was obeying the coach, and everything else didn't make sense to Adam. Now he didn't even need the headphones. His subconscious mind was always into a deep trance and it would never wake up again.
