Hey Rob! Done sort of quickly or not this piece ROCKS! I love to see different interpretations of Death. You really did a great job. LOVE the tattered decayed cloak. Beautiful piece!

It's refreshing that someone doesn't draw a bag of bones and says that this guy is the antromorphic representation known as Death. I like it that you've chosen to actually use a human as Death, and not a nice, clean Death like old Bonesy, but the more rotten (pun intended) side of human death, a decayed corpse. Sort of like a zombie, though this fellow is rather a dead person who just went on aging, IMHO. It works wonderful as a metaphor to the eon-old phenomenon of human dying.. it's been with us for so long, and is so old..
Interesting that it kind of puts me into a split state: for one, I feel a certain dread of age and death eminating from this old man, "a shadow of himself", whose sole duty is to continue his reaping of the harvest. On the other hand, he somehow looks just pitiful. Just tilt your head a bit, and you don't feel despair but pity for him, as he's an old restless being who's just there to do his job, and will so for a long time to come.
Anyhow, I have to congratulate on a good representation of big D, even if it was done in quite a hurry.

Globaly nice, but I don't really like the hands. They looks like a piece of paper with a picture of hand on it folded here and there at the position of articulations.

well of course i have to love it because its a reaper cause it reminds me of children of bodom lol but this sure as hell doesent look like it was done quickly, i could spend a year trying to do something like this and even then it wouldent turn out, nice work

I'm assuming those are flies everywhere, if so, very cool. He seems to look a bit frail, Death is usually portrayed to seem very powerful and ominous. I like this for being different from the norm.

man. that is one creepy looking dude. he looks like he could fall apart any second... except for that scythe. that seems solid enough.
i love the weird balance between the top of bottom of the piece. the emphasis on the scythe is a nice way to lead into the audience seeing the rest of the pic...
