A quick studio-pic of a mask I did inspired by the beautiful face paintings done for Dia de Muertos. The mask itself only took about 2 hrs, the glazing took nearly 8!It was 100% hand glazed with under-glazes and tiny paint brushes!
I'll includ before and after the glaze kiln pics so you can see how the firing effects fine lines and details.
