Its selfbuild by my Mitress and myself... Its not "one" device... but it is functional... but complicated.
We used the RF Subsuit and a venus hood to confine me. We did put a RLV Stand inside the Cell, which is set to transparent, but makes sure the captive is in the right poristion. The chains are rezzed in world an positioned according to that stand.
At last, just close that door... no escape...
