I have finally realized that I haven't updated this fanfiction in so long, I do hope you forgive my rudeness!
Alot of stuff happened so I completely forgotten about this!

You frowned and closed your eyes, thinking about the past events that had happened. Well waking up in a hospital bed after having a terrible dream wasn't you had planned after being adopted or bought.

"[Name]? Are you feeling at least a bit better?" A ruff voice asked gently that you know all too well.

Nodding slightly you slowly sat up and frowned, feeling a bit light-headed. Ludwig walked in with his elder brother trailing right behind quickly. Gilbert walked over and bent down, reaching over and stroking your cheek with a shaky sigh.

"Don't scare us like that again, Frau. ." He whispered softly, pressing soft kisses to your hair. Gil pulled away slightly and nodded to Ludwig who blushed slightly, "Take care of her while I talk to Tonio~" He purred with a grin in his voice.

Lud sat next to your bed and looked at you with a face full of emotions, guilt, anger, shock and one you couldn't explain. He sighed and covered his face with his large hands,"..I, I never meant for you to get hurt in such a way. [Name] I just want you to be happy with Bruder und I. Forgive me, just-"
Ludwig gasped and pulled his hands away, fresh tears running down his flushed cheeks. You were shocked, to see such a large and prideful man breakdown like this made you guilty to the core.

You leaned over and pulled Ludwig's face into your hands, gently pressing soft kisses to his face with a smile. "B-Be..Happy..!" Your voice croaked out with a giggle. Soon Gilbert walked back in with the tan doctor. He grinned at Ludwig and you before slapping the German's back. "I knew you would break down because of this Frau!" He chuckled, glancing over at Antonio who was checking you over.

"W-What..What, h-happened?" You asked, Gilbert pouted slightly and sighed. "Well you passed out in the middle of the hallway while bruder was carrying me. Just so you know he dropped me once you hit the ground. Just wanted to pint that out~" He grumbled but with a grin no less.

Antonio smiled and pressed a kiss to your cheek, "You'll be let out soon, just get some more rest and I'll check back on you in an hour or so~" He laughed, pulling the other two out by the collar's. You laid back down and closed your eyes, can't help a smile that kissed your lips you giggled.
'Maybe this isn't so bad..?'
