Been on a bit of a Sonic kick since there's not much going on with Crash Bandicoot (or LEGO Star Wars) as of late. And I was inspired to make my own "Team Sonic Racing" poster featuring all the characters that I wanted to see while keeping to the limit of only having 15 racers.

With Team Sonic and Team Dark, they're fine as always. But I wanted to swap out one character from the other teams in order for them to make sense (and replace one villain with another that doesn't get that much hate).

For Team Rose, I had to include Cream since she was part of the team in "Sonic Heroes". I don't agree with SEGA now keeping her locked in the comic book canon of the franchise (or any other character for that matter). Now I do get why she's not part of the team because they replaced Flying with Tech since it's all about driving, but I don't think Omochao should've been the one to completely replace her. However, what if Omochao was the one to provide the Tech ability for Cream while she (and Cheese) drove the car? I think that could've been a much better solution. Cream and Cheese would replace Neutral, Hero, and Dark Chao as the drivers, while Omochao remains in the back providing the Tech stuff as always.

For Team Dimension, I know why Marine would've been a better choice than Vector, since she's from Blaze's dimension. But other than being in the Sonic Rush sequel, I barely know anything about her. Instead, I went with Sticks as the Power character for this team, because unlike Marine, I know enough about her based on the Sonic Boom TV show. The way I see it, there are two ways on how she works with Blaze and Silver. 1) Since Sonic Boom takes place in its own world, I think the Boom universe could be a different dimension, just like how Silver and Blaze's worlds are separate dimensions from each others. 2) You could reboot Sticks (like how the comics rebooted the Freedom Fighters) and say that she comes from Blaze's dimension, and that before the events of this game, the two of them have already met. Hey, these are just my thoughts.

And also, she was in "Mario & Sonic at the 2016 Rio Games", so don't tell me she can't crossover to Modern Sonic's world.

And for Team Eggman, there were two choices that could've easily replaced Zavok. One would've been Chaos, but since he was neutralized at the end of "Sonic Adventure", he's not really much of a bad guy anymore and is at peace in the afterlife with Tikal and some of the Chao. The other, and the one that makes more sense, is Infinite. Despite "Sonic Forces" getting so much hate, at least Infinite does get some love in the fandom. And since Forces was released just before this game, it would be fair to give him another appearance right after it.

So what do you think of my custom poster and reasons why Cream, Sticks, and Infinite should've been in the game instead of the Chao (most of them that is), Vector, and Zavok?
