This is an great Belldandy pic. The soft colors you've used for most of the pic fit her perfectly, and the overall softness of the pic makes the deeper colors used for the eyes really stand out. Her face has an intensity that makes it stand out beautifully.

The way you colored this reminds me a little bit of watercolors, for some reason. I think it's a nice effect

looks good, i like the design and expression. My only suggestions are to to make the eyes a smidget closer and the nose and mouth a little further up, maybe seperate them a little too. I don't know belldandy from Oh my Goddess that well so i may be off. Great job btw;0
