It would be really cute and extremely funny, because Karkat'd be all crabby and trying to avoid hugs and snuggles and makeovers. I think Signless would be kind of exasperated that his kid was so rude to his grandma, but Dolorosa would be used to it from little Signless, so she'd just find it amusing. Eventually, Karkat would be forced to hug his grandma. It would be really funny.
