^w^ I need a hint for my fan story: I want to "resurrect" Ratigan, and my idea for make him explain how he can be survived the fall was that he was landed on a cab, but on "the game's afoot" site, in the comics section, I've found the story of the diamond trap, where he do the same explanation! รง_รง The part of the coat wasn't in my mind, but I don't want to copy anything... *hit the wall with the head*

What you could do is say that you found the idea in that comic and wanted to use it for your story. You could say it like this, "Ratigan's survival was inspired by a scene in a foreign comic called The Diamond Trap. In the comic, his coat ballooned out like a parachute and he floated down with a rough landing on top of a passing carriage."
