Oo. That IS a nice dress. It reminds me of one my big sister had a long while back. Hmm.

I picked it...it seemed sort of romantic to me, all blackrosered and glittery. I think I look especially like Morgaine in this one for some reason. I mean, it's not a modern dress. Maybe if it had a longer skirt and sleeves and neckline... IDK, I've always thought I sort of look how she's described in the book: petite, pale, dark-haired, pointy feyish face, heavy eyebrows...not really beautiful, just different-looking. IDK. What do you think?

It's also kind of like one of the dresses in Pride & Prejudice, I think. Though I'm not sure which one. Maybe one of the Bingleys'...so sort of both modern and not
which is always good. I get kind of sad sometimes at the fact of being in modern times, and it's good to sometimes cross between the two...
It's because it's red, silly That happens to me too. I associate colors/etc with characters...which is almost a little odd.
Me too. Ish. I think the whole contrast between people thinking she's beautiful or not is a realistic description
since it definitely applies to myself and to most people I know; sometimes 'beauty' depends on what other people think, which is rather depressing.
I think it's kind of interesting, looking like a main character just a little. It can make you identify more with them or just be confusing...

That's true, because part of who she is is because of her appearance and how she's treated because of it, or how she's compared to others like Guinevere.
It is confusing, but also comforting. I have two friends who are quite Guinevere/Elaine types(in appearance, not really personality): conventionally beautiful, blonde, with bright blue/green eyes, slim, photogenic, one is tall...anyway, guys seem to be more attracted to them, but at least I have a "strong" appearance? XD IDK. Unforgettable, maybe? People I've only seen like once always recognize me, even if I don't remember them. It's a bit weird and uncomfortable-making XD

GAHHHHH Gwenhwyfar D:
I was re-watching The Mists of Avalon and my sister was in the room, and I started pointing out at that scene where Gwenhwyfar meets Lancelet that Gwenhwyfar is actually a ridiculous amount more mean in the book to Morgaine Soo much more painful in the book.
It's even more confusing in my situation, or at least I think so; none of my friends are really in any sort of stereotypical image category, and anyways, mostly haven't had people attracted to them, which is mostly the case where I live, which is odd. People mostly don't have boyfriends/randomly hook up Though honestly, I'm beginning to get a little disgusted by how immature a lot of guys are about relationships. One of my friends broke up with her boyfriend after like a month of being together and it just...kind of destroys my faith in males our age.
Which is sad, sad, sad.
Oh. That is kind of creepy. For the most part, I...think? people recognize me, but I don't really know. I'm mostly forgotten because they don't have the brain capacity to remember people ...When people actually see a resemblance between me and someone else, it's even weirder. Because I usually look nothing like the person

Well in the book she calls her little and ugly. When I first read it I was like oh no you did NOT. And just to make it worse L doesn't defend her and is just like "She's sooooo beautiful, isn't she my darling cousin?" And Morgaine's like

I know. I reread it and was all like 'KILL GWENHWYFAR. NOWW.' It just gets worse and worse, though, instead. Plus the added fact that Gwenhwyfar *coughcough* kind of interrupted something. *sigh*

Something that would *never* continue...I mean honestly. Elaine? She's way too simple for Lance. Arthur is clearly the man for him

Oh I had almost forgotten about that. Though that's also something I pointed out to my sister upon re-watching the movie ^^ It saddened me a little that they didn't call each other by their previous names (Galahad and Gwydion
Dawwww)

There wasn't enough time. WHICH STILL ANNOYS ME. If they were going to make a series why a miniseries? It got like a few million views the first time airing, they could've made so much more $$$$$$$$ in my opinion.

I agree. I'm still going for the four-separate-movies idea. But I doubt they'll make it into something again after they've already done a miniseries...

That's a nice dress. Most of the pretty ones are flipping expensive
Love the expression
