An Alucard grabbed me, and I was instantly Hypnotized... again I couldn't see, so it added to the effect. My contacts covered my eyes completely. So they were all red. Thus the blind Seras... My Alucard had to lead me around the whole day... It was rather effective

Yeppers! It was hard, especially when I couldn't figure out what was right side up anymore. The sleeve is actually upside down... haha, but it worked anyway. I just couldn't put my arm completely to my side lol. But we will keep that between you and I, yes?

um, im working on a seras outfit like that for this years akon (sewing the whole thing *dies*) could you tell me how you did the shadow arm? i could really use some ideas. you guys look great too (thats why im asking you) please help!

thanks for the compliment! I did the shadow arm out of foam and cardboard, we sandwiched the foam and sprayed it all down with a latex spray paint so that the foam wouldn't melt. then turned the arm into a reverse shield type thing. My arm is actually behind the blood arm strapped in. So when i put my arm down, i could just tuck it under my pit, so it wasn't uncomfortable. It's nice and lightweight too.

Ill probably go as just vin, alot has come up and i may just go as one char, to save time and energy, lots of cars and bikes to get done for clients, so I may just want to go to ax subtle this year, dont have the energy for all the hustle and bustle will be heading to japan after ax for a car build for a clients new 599GTB into track car status...gah. We came as Hellsing on the last day. We were someone different everyday, so a lot of people missed certain costumes
