I have to respectfully disagree with this, as the fillers drain a lot of enjoyment, some characters like Lars, Kevin, Onion, Ronaldo etc. are flat-out unlikable, and the animation is often off-model.

Here are my scores:
Animation: B+
Writing: A-
Characters: A-
Music/Sound: A+
Enjoyment: A-
Flawed nonetheless and currently lacking the amazing writing quality it once had, but still a great show and one of the best cartoons from this decade.

I see this show boring and unfunny. This fusion scenes has secret propaganda of gays, yes, and this isn't so good morals for show. This show is not for kids, because there are very creepy scenes, like Lapis transform from mirror to gem-this was like thriller. Another flaws are strange concept and animation-characters looks not beautiful. This show has great theme song, but another... this is don't masterpiece.

I gotta be honest here, I think this show is severely over-rated, I'm not gonna put people down for liking it but I just can't stand it, although I think the first few episodes are alright, just really dislike the art style

a+ fro the writting?hmm,I don't think so.the first season was lazy made,some episodes didn't make much sense.also I noticed some plot-holes.
take for example where the episodes cheeseburger backpack and steven's lion.the episode with the lion didn't make much sense.first the lion threw that gem on the sand so it starts building walls and stairs,and then it did anything it could to take that gems away.wtf?
as about the episode with the cheeseburger backpack,it was later revealed that the episode was a test for steven,I don't think that this was the case,steven wanted to go with the crystal gems on the mission but they insisted that he should stay home.what kind of test is that?

any way,the season 3 is was pretty amazing.even though I like steven universe I believe that wakfu is superior show with every way(with possible exceptions the part where you need to google unknown words such as enutrof,xelor and eniripsa and the animation,but wakfu's animation is up to debate.I didn't like it at first but after the first half of the season 1 both the writing and the animation got better.)

This show is amazing

It's got a combination of humor, lightheartedness, emotion, dark themes, and a very fleshed out storyline

The characters are so lovable and they actively acknowledge their flaws while trying to improve on them (fave non-fused Gem is Peridot, fave fusion is Garnet, fave human is Connie)

I just love the animation and art style (especially when it comes to stuff like fusion dancing)

And THE MUSIC IS PHENOMENAL

When I first started watching this show I honestly didn’t know what to make of it. I didn’t think it was bad, I just didn’t know what to think of it in general. It was just so weird but kind of in the good way.

There was no prologue or narration or any kind of expiation what so ever. But I was intrigued. I wanted to know more as to what was going on so I kept watching. And THAT, I think, is the show’s strongest quality: it keeps you invested. Whether it’s the story, the characters, the world, or all of the above, SOMETHING catches and keeps your attention.

The show itself has a very “happy” but “relaxed” kind of feel that almost hypnotizes you.

I only watch the crossover with Uncle Grandpha (it was great) it looks a awesome show
and the only "kids" cartoon to have the biggest balls ever for have an homosexual couple
in there,i will check this out sooner or later!
