An idea i came up with after looking at the text thumbnails...The idea is simple, you have 3 kinds of notes:
Normal notes,
Marked/Starred notes,
Staff notesThe normal notes are just normal notes, they offer nothing visually outstanding from the other notes, while the starred and staff notes have their own icons. A starred notes indicates an important message from someone, like a contest result. The staff note can indicate anything staff related, from a deleted deviation till a report filed over your own devation and whatnot.
hope some will agree with me on this idea, just made this in 2 hours

Nice suggestions but the way you chose to display it is quite messy... But I agree, notes need a good revamp.

I can see how that would be extremely helpful if I had gotten any notes whatsoever in the past week ;u;
But I'm not sure about the urgent star thing I mean anyone could just mark it urgent. If the person has the decency to know their question is unimportant then they deserve a response because that's rare. Also if someone wanted to spam with like ads or whatever he would just make the note urgent though it's not.

Thats why you can see the text scrolling up bro, you can hover over it with your mouse to see the urgency of the note by reading whats inside it
