This is actually the start of my steampunked plushies, but in the accompanying story she is Randal's first victim. (Take another look at Randal if you are wondering where Lisa's leg is!)

This happened sort of by accident. I noticed that one of our dogs had managed to pull the plastic eye out of this little bear. Feeling industrious, I gathered the torn eye and bear and took them to my workshop for repair. It was then that I noticed this little bearing on my workbench. Then that screw out of an antique radio.

Before I knew it, I had glued so parts into a sort of steampunk borg eye and glued it into place. In a whirl of inspiration, I lopped of her arm and leg, replacing them with prosthetics made from chopsticks, wire, and hot glue.

Thusly, Lisa was born.
