I'll be honest, I find it hard to believe that you're single, non-existent ninja assasins or not. At the risk of sounding like a weird internet fanboi, I'd have to say with eyes like those I so would have taken you to my favorite Italian restaurant already.
That is, if I wern't broke. And didn't live in Northridge. Curse you college fees.

I hear that. Graduate school, work, not going insane from school and work while trying vainly to maintain some semblance of a life....that keeps me plenty busy. Even just going out with friends is a chore sometimes as I usually get home at night and just pass out from brain overload.
The unseasonal warmth doesn't help either. I want fall weather now dammit

And yeah, I much prefer cold to warm, so I'm yelling at the weather myself. I would seriously love to see some reds, oranges, and yellows right about now... damn evergreens everywhere! lol

Seriously. Having lived in Vegas for several years, I'm no stranger to the two seasons of Hot and Cold, but whenever my family up north or back east sends me photos and they have all these autumn colors and stuff going on I die a little inside.
Hey, at least we have the beach right? Ocean breezes make a lot of troubles go away.

Le sigh.... yeah I'm feeling the desire for autumn too, although my family is from right here in sunny SoCal.
Speaking of the ocean, I just did a beach shoot with model GroovaciousK by Fine Art Undressed . The edited photos will take a little while to get to me, as his usually do, but I've seen the raw pics, and they're great! So look forward to those some time in the future.

I have family everywhere; NorCal has the more immediate of my extended family, while a few live in Missouri and Hawaii. The rest, both first cousins and second cousins, live on the east coast, mostly north of New Jersey in the Connecticut/New York area. They complain about the cold weather while we're down here bitching about the lack of autumn cool
I watch GrovaciousK too; she has much in common with you in terms of body lines, and her eyes have that same captivating quality. It sounds like that set is going to be pretty awesome. And probably make me want to go to the beach; I could use the rhythmic sound of the waves right about now.

LOL, yeah I've got family all over the States too and they all think I'm crazy for not going to the beach every day or complaining about how hot it is (or how cold).

In their rush to love the beach (and their confusion as to why I don't go more often) my family often neglects the fact that I live in L.A., meaning I have to contend with traffic.
I don't care how relaxing the beach is, but having to drive through L.A. traffic and then find parking at the beach (that doesn't cost $15 or more for the day) is enough to counterbalance whatever benefits actually going to the beach has
But there are times when it's just worth it to go there and relax, and then the traffic and the parking isn't such a big deal.

Yeah traffic is the worst. I grew up in an Orange County beach city though, so I was always close, and didn't have to deal with much traffic.
But as relaxing as it can be sometimes, I'd still prefer a nice camping trip in the mountains over the beach. But hey, that's just me.

That's another great thing about Cali; the variety of environments. I love sitting on top of the Santa Monica mountains, especially at the Getty center, and just looking across the L.A. basin and seeing ocean on the right and snow-capped mountains on the left, and knowing that if I wanted too, I could go to damn near any climate between those two in a matter of hours. Desert, forest, mountain, beach, island, hell, even plains (apparently we have a plains environment in California, something I was unaware of until a few years ago).

Yeah it's actually pretty crazy how awesome it is here, in reference to all the different environments we have here. I'm a total outdoors girl, so it's really great to have those different things to enjoy whenever I want.
