Description
So this has got to be my favorite so far from my last shoot with David. This is my normal face. My normal relaxed/everyone thinks i'm scowling.Aren't i naturally intense?
This section of the shoot was my idea. i stole a bucket from David's trunk and filled it with warm water, put on a men's button up (left the white with blue-striped thing unbuttoned) and put on my tiny jean shorts
can you guess what i did with the bucket?

did your friend have fun going with you, then?

Yes, she did!! Or at least I hope so!!
The only thing I complain about is that she wanted to go in every shopping place of the city... I hate going shopping!!!
Perhaps she complains about the time I forced her to spend in the Apple Store!!

Ok, my english stops here!! You have to explain me the meaning of the expression "to run out of juice" if you want an answer!!
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
modelmone In reply to hellslord [2009-09-02 19:01:54 +0000 UTC]
ah
run out of juice....it means the battery doesn't have any energy left.
with computers and electrical things, electricity or energy can also be called juice.
So i was asking "did you old battery die?"

hellslord In reply to modelmone [2009-09-02 19:07:57 +0000 UTC]
Oh thank you so much for this explanation!!!
Yes, my battery died and I had to buy another one! Buying this kind of things in the U.S.A. makes european people like me save a lot of money!!

it does? so are things in venice more expensive then?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
hellslord In reply to modelmone [2009-09-02 19:35:48 +0000 UTC]
Yes it does... Mostly because euro is stronger than dollar... So if here in Europe I find something that costs 150€ and I find the same thing in the U.S. but it costs 160$ and I buy it in the U.S. I save about 38€ (= 54$)...

A wonderful shot. You look relaxed, pensive. And damn, look - you have a forehead and EYES!!! Who knew??? lol......
You love the shot, i love the shot, everyone loves the shot! And let's see now..... just WHO was it that told you to get the hair off your forehead so we could see your eyes?
I'm not one to say "I told you so." But i told you so.
btw, PS - OMP!

hey! i don't LIKE showing off my forehead!
my mum usually tells me to do that...
david's idea. he kept asking me to sweep my hair back. it doesn't like doing that >.<
SHUTTUP! =.=

NEVER!!!
David's GOOD idea!!! Remember, what you like, or what your hair likes, is irrelevant! Modeling is all about giving the photog the image he/she wants! No, really!!!

This is definitely one of my favorites as well.
Glad I moved ya under the trees
lol, the shutter for this shot was at 1/2500. Sorry, I just find these ridiculous speeds immensely amusing for some reason.

Elasmobranchii In reply to modelmone [2009-09-08 18:40:42 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, the lens can open up to 1.4 hence why she's fantastic in low light situations, course being that wide open the lens has no freakin depth of field, so its easy to throw something out of focus.
And though I didn't have it THAT wide open for the outdoor shots, it was still around 2.5 or something: why the shutter is around 4000.
hmm, don't know how good that is for the camera though
