I've never seen this concept before. This reminds me of an article I read in a magazine. People throw computers away, while it causes pollution in other countries. The pollution is caused by us sending these remains to the less-developed countries. The problem is being solved by having us send broken computers to some of its facilities (e.g. Dell).

Yep, there're so many kinds of toxic substances in old PCs, esp. the monitors... the recycling helps some, but not all... well we try, lol.
