For context the events of this sketch take place during the Tournament of Power towards the 2nd half where it's universe 7 against universe 4. The little bug fighter known as Damon has managed to lure Android 18 from the rest of her currently distracted team and has 18 on her knees as he runs rounds not only her but her sensitive feet as well.

The idea behind having 18 tickled by Damon in the tournament was actually thanks to scententhusiast so big thanks to him. I'm glad he came up with the idea because the og drawing was gonna be some basic belly tickles but this one ended out leagues better than the og concept.
