I used to do that. Put all my anger on paper...but then all the stuff I write, I end up loosing all the space...so every word over laps the other words..so all you get is a bunch of scribbles...it's weird but it works...I can kinda read the stuff I wrote. I did that last year but stopped...hm...I guess I don't want people to know when I'm mad, or to find that stuff lying around...
