Evolution's Revenge===========================
It's Dawin's Centenary (I think?).
So, I thought this one might be apt for when we advance and transform ourselves into cyborgs, with a slight hitch about us versus 'Evolution'.
It took me a while to transform my original photo into this bit of art but I enjoyed doing it.

Looks pretty cool, who is "we"? And what is meant by"advance"?
More technology isn´t an "advance" by itself. The most rigid political regimes (fascism and stalinism) in the 20th century were technological very advanced.
Socially, psychologically and cultural they were pretty much limited.

'We' are the human-cyborg hybrids which I am certain 'we' will become. 'Advanced' is short-hand for advanced intelligence and physical capability (not advanced morally or socially etc.,); we both agree. I hope this explains. Many thanks for takin time to view and comment.

Thanks for your comment, but I think that there are more serious problems and that the social and moral progress is much more important, because the providers of these technologies are the state and corporations (now).
Therefore these technologies are and will be instruments of power. So the "we" will be limited to a very small circle who is of "use" (Soldiers, Athletes, Astronauts, Scientists, the Wealthy etc.). And the technology won´t free human beings but make them automatons and take away a important parts of their self and independence.
Such a transhumanism will be inhumanism.
Or as Albert Schweitzer put it "The Übermensch has become the Unmensch".
