Oh yeah, I'm also aware that the blinking speed may look a bit off to some people? Though, someone else said the slow blink looked charming, so I'm not quite sure what to think!

Every artist has their own vision, I would only consider changing something about your art if you agree with it (and have been for a while) or you are wanting to experiment. My Parents always made sure that I knew "You can't please everyone. No matter how awesome your art is, someone will find fault with it. As long as you enjoy making your art and you're always improving, that's enough!" In the end, what blinking speed you use (along with every other detail of an art piece) is up to you. It always should be!

I just want to say that she is an adorable pixel icon. Your use of color is really nice and adds to the cuteness factor. I like how you have all the colors occurring in several areas. Like how the black is the dominant color of her sailor top, shorts, boots and arm bands, how the gold color is most dominant in her hair and picked up throughout her uniform as an accent, how you used the white in her ribbon, her eyes, shirt and boots and then how you the aqua green (at least that is how it appears on my screen) for her eyes, picks that color up in her hair barrettes and uses it once more as an accent to her for-arm guards. Everything is tied together beautifully. Her form is charming. She has got that classic chibi look going for her, from the oversize head and the chibi-ified physique. At the same time you snuck in a lot of little details that really add. Such as the thumbs and the curve of her shins, even her little button nose. Finally, the movement is well done. First, the bouncing motions is nicely paced, (not to fast, not to slow). Also, it's nice to see how her hair and arms react with each little movement. The slow blink of her eyes are really charming too.
All in all, very nice work on the pixle Rin

Oh my gods, look at this cutie
I love all forms of art, but pixel art have a special place in my heart, i'm kinda jealous how you can do something so delicate and detailed using basically blocks, and animated it!
The animation is nicely done, we can see her whole body moving and feel the weight of her hair, her body and clothing, the little bounce of her bow was a nice touch. Much better than many pixel games i came across over the years. How you manage to make an eye with two shades of green with lighting with just a few pixels? It's impressive, you're skilled at it and honestly i came here to give a critic, and this means i would have to point the flaws and i see no one. Not a single pixel out of place. I don't think "perfect art" exist, there must be a flaw somewhere, but you did such a nice work that i can't see it.
If you want to keep on the pixel art path and animation, go for it, you're skilled and you can go far, i saw your other pixel arts and i loved each single one.
