Meet two Toads in PMRD's hub town of Bloomington.

* HARR T (left): His name is a pun on "hearty," as in "hearty sauce." It also references his exuberant personality, and he's a bit of a jive-talker, too. He's the game's cook, paralleling Tayce T and Zess T from the first 2 games, and like them, he can only cook single ingredients at first, but can cook double if you retrieve his late grandmother's cookbook, found in her former home in Shimmer Shores that can be accessed after Abby joins Mario's team. Many female Toads have crushes on Harr T, including Toadette as soon as she meets him. Harr T also finds himself drawn to Toadette, and a relationship blossoms and progresses with each chapter. At the end of the game, they give heartwarming goodbyes and part ways, but they reunite in the credits and the playable epilogue.

* PRIT T (right): Her name is a pun on "pretty." Like Harr T is to girls, Prit T has the boy Toads swooning all over her, and girls envy her. Prit T has a thing for perfumes, and she runs a shop selling perfumes and colognes (though Mario can only choose between 5 or 6). However, it's closed through the early chapters because Prit T is searching for a lost perfume she needs (or rather, wants) to keep herself smelling pretty. She'll ask Mario to help find it, presenting the following choices:

1. "Of course I'll help!" (to which she'll thank you)
2. "That's your problem." (to which she and your partner will yell at you, forcing you into it)

Either way, the result will be same: you must find Prit T's missing perfume and bring it to her. Once you do, she'll yell "OOOHHH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!" and spray herself with it. She'll then ask if she smells pretty, to which Mario can answer:

1. "No, you smell lovely!" (to which she'll kiss you, then flirt with you whenever you visit)
2. "No, you smell ugly." (to which she'll slap you, dealing 5 damage, then spite you whenever you visit)

Whichever you choose, Prit T will finally open her shop, and you can buy the cologne you need to progress further. Other colognes' effects include attracting enemies, repelling them, and bringing to other NPCs during labors and sidequests.
