Andalite: two tries to get the color right XD; major race, fairly snobbish; most Yeerk tech is stolen from them; Andalites have no natural tastebuds, but will morph into humans to be able to taste (they get a bit addicted to tastes, though, which may explain why the Visser likes to eat his foes)

Helmacron: funny little hellraisers, with huge egos (especially considering they are ant sized); Helmacrons kill their leaders so they cannot fail

Garatron: super-speedy race that looks a bit like the Andalites, but aren't related; only one is shown in the book, so they may be a newly conquered race

Orff: strange see-through race; the 'visible organs' aren't the vital or sensative ones; these guys creep me out
