The holocaust memorial in Berlin for all the Jews who died in WW2 i think.It was the most facinating place I've ever been to.

it's not just a memorial for the jews how died, i mean, hitler killed so many more. gypsies, gays, blacks, whites, whatever he WASN'T he had to kill it.

There's a separate memorial for the homosexual people killed under the regime of the third reich. I've only been to the Jewish one but it's so moving there...

great photo. and yes it's for the jews murdered in world war two. dissapointing people chose to focus on a pair of converse though, rather than the symbolism of the memorial and it's dedication to the strength of the human spirit.
