I'll start opening limited slots if enough people contact me, until then I won't bother

Once I confirm and have received payment, I'll add you to my to-do list , and I may include the date I expect to have it up. You can check there any time if you'd like to know how close I am to finishing it.

Now, this is in the ground rules page , but since it's kinda tl;dr I'll say it again:
One: there are no refunds, save one specific situation explained in the above link.
Two: If you send payment before I accept the commission, and I decline, I'll consider it a donation.

Prices are negotiable, if you're low on funds talk to me and we'll work something out. I may accept half points/paypal and half art, or a trade of some kind.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Even if you think it's a dumb question, I promise I won't be angry.

Oh and the last part of the 'custom designs' sections, part C, is supposed to say "and detailed character notes, in sta.sh" (because this is how I do my character refs )
