Description
The pride had just awoken a little while after the sun peaked over the horizon. Shujaa and Uzani were looking forward to spending more time with their new human brother Siri who had been visiting from the Tree of Life. They even wanted to give him a tour of the Pridelands. But as they put their attention where their brother Siri should be sleeping, they were met with a surprise. Siri's clothes were there, but there was no sign of the human brother. There was however, a bulge moving around within Siri's clothing, just as Rani and Tiifu were waking up. Uzani pulled the trousers away, and tossed them out of sight and out of mind. Then, she jumped with a yelp of surprise.

"What's wrong?" Shujaa inquired.

By this time Rani and Tiifu were alerted to Uzani's yelp and looked at what had caused her such shock. There, crawling out of the shirt that had been Siri's, was a cute little cub, almost as if he'd been born a few weeks ago. "I-Is that...... Siri?" Uzani stuttered.

Rani sniffed the cub. While he no longer looked the way he did before, there was no denying the scent. That was indeed Siri's distinct scent, and the fact that he booped her nose with his paw, while cutely saying, "Mama", just furthered the confirmation. "Indeed. This is Siri. Your brother looks like one of us now," Rani stated.

"He's......... smaller than I would have imagined he would have been as a lion," Shujaa stated.

"Well, I think the better question is..... how did this happen? He was human when we all went to sleep last night," Tiifu pointed out.

"Do you think that the Great Ancestors of the Past did this?" Uzani asked.

"I'm not sure they have that kind of ability, but, I could be wrong," Rani admitted.

"How are we suppose to explain what's going on to the rest of the Pride when they see him, when "we" don't even know what's going on?" Shujaa asked.

"That is a good question son. Perhaps we should speak with Rafiki. That Mandrill always seems to know more than any of us. Somehow, I get the feeling, he may already know this happened. Barely anything ever misses his ear," Tiifu stated.

"Tell me about it. I've been trying to get information ahead of him for ages, and he still manages to find out things before I can tell him," Uzani huffed.

Then, she and the family laughed, and Rani began to nuzzle her son, and picked him up, preparing to take off for Rafiki's tree. At the den's entrance, there was a very quiet, and barely audible "Oops" Stated.

Well, I had posted a question about it in the post area:

But so far, only seven votes were in of what I should do, and that wasn't enough to make a definitive decision yet, so, anyways, I went ahead and made a piece where we see Siri as a lion cub. I decided that it happened while during his visit to the Pridelands. Why? Well, you can thank Timon and Pumbaa series for that which you can find on Disney +. Anyways, that show had I think at least 1 episode where transformation took place, so I figured the best place to have this transformation happen was the land where it "is" known to be possible. And I decided that the transformation be unexpected, even for Siri, hence why he has an expression of bewilderment as he stairs at his new muzzle, and the look of surprise that the rest of his family has. How did this happen, well, that will probably be explained to the pride by the one who said, "Oops". I thought about make Siri's cub form smaller, but then every time I tried, if felt a little too out of place, so this was the smallest I went. I'm sure the rest of Siri's siblings back at The Tree of Life are gonna be surprised to see their brother like this..... if the family can't find a way to bring Siri back..... or if they decide he should stay this way.

Once again, I haven't made a decision if this transformation will be permanent or temporary. I most likely will make some other pieces where Siri is still human, and will be pieces that happen before the events. One of the biggest reasons I made this happen was, well, to be truthfully honest, It's getting hard finding good image scenes for Siri, especially when I base his human form off of Cody from The Rescuers Down Under. There are only so many scenes in that movie that can work for me, if there is an artist out there who can draw bases that look like Cody, I'd be very thankful, but at this point, tracing Cody's figure myself is the best I have to work with.

Once again, this story takes place within the story worlds of   Thunderstar711 and Through-the-movies's worlds. They are free to use my OC Siri (human kid or lion cub form) in their storylines if they so choose.

Rani, Tiifu and the show The Lion Guard and movie The Lion King are owned by Disney.
