First, a solid congratulations! Not even sarcastic. I've been sneaking secret pictures of the guy below medic and the guy above medic/to the left in to various posters since September, you're the ONLY person between Reddit, Tumblr, and here to have noticed. Unfortunately I can't give you anything other than the bragging rights that you saw it, but you have that at least.
Second, I've been too lazy to reskin the folders to say something else, I keep forgetting. The photos are actually reskins of the folders that are then shrunk in sfm, I don't know how I managed to make those and not something that changed what the folders said, whoops.

First, Thanks for the compliments, and I checked your gallery and found out they are Bidwell and Reddy. While Bidwell looks pretty darn authentic, Reddy... well, he looks like a poorly adjusted model created with Mixamo's Fuse and exported in the exact moment when they canned SFM support, so he ended up all glitchy, wrinkly and in eternal torment at the hands of an invisible Spunkgargleweewee god who showcased his casual racism by dropping him off in Russian CS:GO servers and it got so bad that Reddy had to change his skin color just to escape the torment of endless cyka blyat's and idi nahuj's.
Second: I'm just going to assume that, like the RED Spy, both Miss Pauling and the Administrator seem to be... interested in Scout's mom. Maybe they believe they can make copies of copies of copies of copies of the photos that the BLU spy took and wait until PornHub and Ebay are invented and then sell them online and quadruple their already large resources. Either that or it's for more... direct reasons about which I'd rather not think about too much, at least in the Administrator's case.

Yeah I need to make a new version of Reddy, he's made off the civilian model on the workshop, just with a reskin that has no mustache/a new wig. Bidwell's just a mess, generally I use some ugly farmer guy with scout's jaw photoshopped on later, doing this thing where most of his face is covered lets me do that easier. (I mean... gah. i.gyazo.com/966343f31ff763340e⦠I don't want to edit this head file yet since I'd have to redo the hwm of it, but I had to do SOMETHING.
As for the theory, the folder was made by valve and is in the beta model set from MaxofS2D, I didn't write 'scout's mom' on it myself. I think valve did it to just be funny, not sure.
