1 of 5 in a random photoset including many Paulings and Bidwells. And in this case, Hale, the Admin, Reddy (yes that sin-ugly guy to the far left), Bidwell, Pauling, the Deathmatch Mercenary, and the Civilian.This, including the rest of the photoset, can be found on tumblr!
Pauling's pose is also in an animation. This was technically made first, then the animation, and both in January or February, I just didn't get around to releasing them until now. That animation can be found here.

I don't know why, but this new civilian model makes me want to head canon him as Miss Pauling's brother.

Right? He originally didn't look as much liker her but I actually edited his files to kinda make him look like her dad or something, but it's not unheard of for siblings to have distant age gaps. I gotta do more posters with some npc people at some point, I always mean to but I never get around to it.

Could go either way I think, he's got a little bit of gray hair but it's not unheard of for people to go gray in their early 30s. He's only in the tf2c mod for now (along with the masked guy) but I'd love to see valve revive the civilian game mode and make a story for him. If they can retcon sniper to be from New Zealand I'm sure they can think up an explanation for why this guy is British but pauling isn't.

I just assumed the MERCs were from CSGO or something and used as MANN CO. personnel.

I'm not sure they would take place in the same universe... csgo is more a realistic style and I think it's in modern day, though I've never played it. TF2 is of course much more cartoony and based in the 60's and 70's... though I guess only loosely, since obviously we didn't have teleporters in the 60's.

Bidwell is the farmer model and a reskinned suited demo model, so he's SORT OF available. Aaaah yes I remember that one. I think I used him once too. I think people still use that one in the game mode within tf2... maybe if you opened a server with it without playing it (or playing it if you want to, of course) it would download it, then you could copy it to sfm? I assume that means he wouldn't be hwm, not sure.

Saxton Hale is in SFM workshop and GMOD workshop, look it up. No, this is the only Bidwell model that I'm aware of, that is also released to certain people.

I will repeat it again. There are THREE Saxton Hale models in GMOD, 2 of which have made it to SFM. I am not in the mood to post links of both, and thus to answer your question. They exist, look it up or look up the creators. The one that was pretty popular on the Workshop was Maxxy's, so use that one. Nothing disappears unless it's taken down. Just put in the key words in the search bar on Steam "Saxton Hale" and you will find it.
If you have a problem with my answer, blame it on the thousands of people who asked the same questions repeatedly. I get involved with the forums a lot so when I find people searching for Saxton Hale model, I can only ignore or respond this way.
Just in case, Scurvy, it's better to leave a link to the Workshop items if you used them. I'm sorry that this looks like I'm having attitude, but I am a bit salty about something right now and just in general in a shitty mood.

Yeah cosmetics for the game don't tend to have much movement face-wise. Occasionally there's some items on the sfm workshop that people made more poseable, but it's only a few beards I think. But good luck with sfm!

This is like a poster for a movie with spies and such. Wouldn't surprise me if in-canon Miss Pauling will take over for the Admin eventually.

I think there was a theory that Pauling is somehow related to the Admin, and she said herself in a line or comic she'd been working with her for her entire life, so she's probably being trained for it. We shall see.

Well, my favorite TF2 fanfiction has her as the Admin's daughter, which seems somewhat true. Then there's that other part about Miss Pauling being into women, which is apparently canon...

Not actually canon, no. One of the writers said she was as a joke against scout, not as an actual good bit of recognition for the lgbt+ community. He also said it won't be officially in the game or comics because it would be forced, and I rather agree. Just an 'oh by the way I'm gay TUMBLR LOVE ME LOOK AT ME' would be bad.

Yeah it did seem out of nowhere. Though I don't think having a character like that would necessarily be for recognition but more like if it fits the story, as a plot device. Or in some cases to poke fun at shippers. But the Admin being her mom would be interesting. Or maybe she's a good friend, as Pauling sure seems to be attached to her in the comic.

I think something like that wouldn't work as plot and if he poked fun at gay people someone would kill him, so... if he goes through with it that'll be interesting. I've heard theories of how the only way pauling works so much is she's obsessed with the admin or something, or in some way infatuated with her or getting praise out of her for jobs well done. Who knows.

I'd not mind whether she's Helen's daughter, friend, lover, either way I'd like to know just what exactly Helen wants to do now that the competition is pretty much gone. I wonder when the next issue will be out... No news from Jay Pinkerton on that one.

Aaah I see. All we know from Pinkerton was he said 'soon' in August of last year, so... we kinda knew from the start that hearing a deadline from Valve wasn't reliable. On the uphand though, we got a new Blizzard short in 2 days, so... while we wait for Valve Time we can enjoy Blizzard Time I guess.

Yeah but her husband could have been on a mission there and she was supposedly considered good after she was rescued, but turned out to still be brainwashed. Though it says she killed him in his sleep but maybe he was staying in King's Row that night. Or maybe she killed the king? And yeah I remember Tracer and her in some scenes. I wonder if next one will be about Genji and Hanzo. What will the third one be about then? Soldier 76?

I'm still wondering which character to make a poster for next. I kind of have a half-assed Reaper one in the making, but then there's Widowmaker, Tracer and Reinhardt who are pretty much accurate to use in a poster. I think King's Row for Tracer would be pretty nice.
