This is Disabled, a cute little Wigglytuff that wants to rip out your vocal cords to replace its own so that it can sing.

I really like this story since I tend to be envious of those who can sing or have nice voices and that i understand how frustrating doing something you are supposedly born to do can be.>

Also, I have a jigglypuff named Disable since I was to scarred to name a Wigglytuff it cause I feared that would happen to me, but it would end up with Disable coming out of the game and kill me.
