Not bad, warm and nice colours.
Some pointers though...
The atmosphere is a bit too thick and colourful, so thick that if consistent you shouldn't be able to see anything of the planet layer...
The star scape could use some variation to it too. As of now it's just two different sizes of stars. Try to vary the sizes of both the bigger stars and the noise layer. The noise layer you can vary by using two layers of noise, increasing one in size and delete parts of both. (hmm, just noticed there's some variation in size in the bigger stars, still not enough though).
Also, at the bottom of the planet the nebula goes above the planet - which isn't really realistic, as the density of gas in space is so low you can only see it from great distances.
It's a nice work though, the planet texture looks great, and I really like the colours. Good job.
