Description
Anubis, Jackal headed deity of death in Egyptian mythology... Anubis was associated with the mummification and protection of the dead for their journey into the afterlife.For some reason I have always had a bit of an obsession with this figure, I have no idea why. I thought it would be sort of ironic to show the "creation" of a death symbol.

Absolutely incredible. The way you combined 2d, 3d and real is, simply put, stunning. The irony you mentioned is very subtle, but it's not all that unusual once you consider that it has always been man that created symbols for death. Perhaps a different background color would have worked better in several places, but then it would have been over-saturated. All in all, I'd give this an 8/10 or 9/10.
