Dexter's back
old school pencil with a photoshop splatter assist. I need more pencil drawing/portrait exercise obviously. It's a start.

it's all just photoshop layers. The splatter layer is red on a white background. If you put the splatter mode on top and you change the blend mode setting to multiply, that should do the trick.

3 steps really. I didn't do one, but I'll remember next time. The only difficult part was drawing the portrait in pencil - I have become too photoshop dependent
