Hello, I am currently talking to you over MSN, but looking through your gallery, this one struck me in particular because I'm always too scared to do work without any line art. Especially when it's in ink. I really like the lighting and how you only shaded to get the effect of a whole person, sort of like charcoal, but harder. I always have trouble shading, especially if it's harsh light. I particularly like her dress. It reminds me of one of those old photographs where they stand still and it's a bit fuzzy and the edges are fading.
Oh, and I love the colour. Heh. XP And the splatters. LOVE splatters.

I love coloured ink, there's something amazing about it XD. Thanks for the comments, this is just a doodle really, I was in college and very very bored and had a pot of purple ink and well.. you know what happens then XD

haha, that's true. But it's also true that sometimes the "just doodling" can turn out better than anything planned. At least, that's how I find things work.

just doodling is the beginning of an idea. You can then take what comes from that and push it further. Nothing is perfect first try.

Yeah, you're right. Ideas come better when you're not thinking too hard about them, and then once you have your idea you can shape it afterwards.
