I re-wrote this about three-five times... adding people, detracting people...giving up...picking it up again..re-writing it again.... it’s still lacking... oh well.
The point is: Phoebus is trying to win over Esmeralda and though his attempt is appreciated and cute his “friends” ruin it by implying Phoebus is stupid enough to think one act of showing he agrees with one of her views is enough for her to fling herself at him... he is not, he is just trying to be cute and tell her is a feminist in a adorkable way, and hopefully to get a smile out of it. Just bad timing.
I donno if I managed to get that across... I donno anything right now.... meh...ugh...*slumps over in chair*

so I did what I have done with most of the royals, I gave them their kingdom as a surname.

Gaston is unreemdable asshole, but I do think Hans has a good chance to become a good guy. His role as villain was very rushed to the lack of big bad guy in the final script. There are worst villains that had redemption stories. At first he also break my heart too, I was very disappointed but time later I realized he can become a good guy as originally was planned.

I hate Hans so much. he has very little chance to be redeemed in my comic and I don't think he can be satisfactorily redeemed in my eyes unless they throw me a well written epos miracle. And I am picky.

I know what you mean... but I like the concept of a main villain having redemption, because the only Disney villain to became good was Anastacia and that male lion from The Lion King 2, I don't remember his name..., but a main villain never (and I don't count Malificient because her movie is more like a AU )
Because I am tired of one dimensional villain being bad just because, like in Star VS the Forces of Evil, with Toffee. I was expecting a good backstory for him and great battle with Star, and we got? He just revives, leaves and Star appears and finishes him off... desappointing!

Then they should pick someone who didn't plan on taking over a kingdom by marragie or murder and then leaving someone for dead and then out right murder attempt, possibly twice of you count him making that guy shot that ice lamp sealing crown thing, that then almost smashed Elsa.

It took me an enternity to make this comic. I re-and re- and-re-re-re-wrote this one so many times
The frame that explained them not being friends but JUST team mated on the football team and Phoebus walking up to them to talk about practice vanished somewhere along all the re-writes

Not one but two innocent girls to take their kingdom.
One whom he manipulated to love him.
He can go jump of a cliff.
It doesn't matter if he was bullied, killing others for his gain is still a decision.
Bullied people don't have to turn to violence, especially not towards innocent.

True. At the same time (maybe this is terrible) but there's a certain finality to murder. Whereas serial stringing along/heart-breaking leaves enduring trauma that the victim has to Live with. And I always had a sensitivity for Meg's situation since that movie came out.
So now BOTH are in my head things which Hans is guilty of.
Also, it's admittedly sexist, but I'm especially touchy about hurting young ladies.
