But they must study...and school wasn’t an option, nor was the Goob home for lost boys.
Mother Gothel is right to be very inquisitive of what her sneaky children are up to.
Oooh, smart of both of them to let Flynn be the one to hold the book.
She seems to enjoy his attentions now and unarmed she can’t express her embarrassed attraction in violence.
Even if it is positive, Frollo will have instilled repressiveness and guilt over feelings of attraction... I don’t approve.

The Anglophile in me, so wanted to write “torch” instead of “flashlight”. Alas, it was easy to realize that this would alienated more than anything else... The rest of us have seen American television so we can persevere... I try so much to learn which words are American and which are English. Why? Because I like the sound better. It’s just an obsession with words.

I would have understood the "torch" meaning. Though, when I watched "Prince Caspian" I thought Edmund was using the word "torch" because they had just come back from a land with only fire torches and no electricity.
