Here is a very recent picture. I liked it so much I had to take it into The Dog House and, er...well, you know. Anyway, I was going to put a new face on it before I posted it here, but, honestly, what face could possibly be better than the one that is already on it? And she is not yet so well known as to spoil anyone's fantasy.ΒSo what did I actually do? Well, the colors on the original were very washed out, so I totally re-colored the whole image. One of the things I loved about the picture was the dental floss bikini, but I am partial to black. As for the muscles, no, I did not alter them. They do not need to be any bigger, because they are perfect the way they are, and exceptionally well-shaped. However, I did increase her breast size, because as everyone knows, us men are pigs--or so they keep telling us.

I like the skin tone. Not entirely sure about the smaller head, but I think I like it in addition to the original. I'm normally not a fan of large fat/silicon boobs when combined with non-prominently-wide hips, but this face+hair is kind of magical. Another excellent version in other words.

Right you are about the face and hair. Magical! The head is only 5% smaller, and I feel it creates the impression that she is that much taller and more massive.

I know, smaller head to body size ratio is just that, relative size. I meant that the original's (aforementioned ratio) was already good. I should have phrased it less unclearly.
Btw, are you using GIMP for all your morphs ? I once tried the relevant tool there, and was far from happy. Are there any tutorials on the GIMP muscle-morph subject anywhere that you know about ?

Of course! I have done a few myself! You will find them in my gallery in a special folder marked "tutorials". There are more at FemaleMuscleMorphs. The best one is by areaorion, and can easily be adapted to GIMP.
I, myself, prefer not to do a lot of morphing. My great passion is taking OTHER artist's morphs and playing around with them, swapping out the heads and what-not. That said, I am capable of doing my own morphs, but just don't like it as much as the other stuff. And, broadly speaking, just putting a new head on an fbb is technically considered to be "morphing", even though it's really just compositing (not such an easy thing to do well). So you may want to think about what KIND of morpher you wish to be.

Ok. It's the morphing of the bodies that I find interesting. In fact my main interest is one that is quite likely the hardest: turning an abosolutely normal girl in random photo into a muscle-bound one. That is: keep everything (pose, background, head/face, ...) as is, and just turn the body large and muscular.

This will require a lot of compositing, i.e. taking fbb parts from other pictures and replacing the parts in your desired photo, like I did with my Xena picture (among others). In fact I put a man's arms on that one. See, here's the thing: you cannot create muscles where there are none. You can only make them larger if you have something to work with.
In short, Google compositing tuts for GIMP. That will get you started. And check out Helioses' gallery. He does a lot of what you are describing.

I figured that. Being a computer programmer and having both talent and skills for independently gaining knowledge on how many things work, I "knew" this involved replacing body parts with others. But since I don't have much time and energy to independently investigate and exercise, I was looking for tutorials instead.
Anyway, thanks for teaching me a new word, "composition". I'm familiar with the term from other areas like graphics etc, but wasn't at all aware of it within image manip.
The aforementioned test that I did was only about enlarging a woman's leg some 3 times. I wasn't trying to give muscle shape (other than the border areas) and definition.
