I actually did this about a week or two ago, but didn't get around to uploading it until now. This was just a quick experiment in achieving a watercolor-like effect using Photoshop brushes.Adobe Photoshop CS3 + Corel Painter 11. Referenced from a TMNT 2012 screenshot. TMNT does not belong to me!
