Description
For :]Hopefully it's clear >.< I used felt and fleece for my birds, but I'm sure other fabrics would work just as well.
For the blanket stitch, I recommend this tutorial by [link] (also those bunnies are fun to make!)

I love this pattern, it's so adorable!
I do have a question though, what are the pink dots on the body and wings, and the pink lines on the top of tail and wings?
I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything important! :3
Thanks for the pattern! :3

woww i have to say i love this pattern! i keep buying tons of fabric unnecessarily (because i'm convinced i'll use it one day.)
but yes that is amazing and i can't wait to try it out!
oh and just wondering... you said you used felt and fleece... so did you use fleece for the stomach or fleece for the body and felt for the stomach?

so sorry >n<
uhm, maybe try this...take the two body pieces and lay them out beak-to-beak. See how it looks like the stomach piece fits between them? Sew it just like that, right to the end of the body pieces (you'll have extra on the end of the stomach piece) Once those pieces are together, the top-of-head piece will be easier to figure out. Maybe I should note that the two body pieces are not sewn to each other in any place, they are connected to opposite sides of the top-of-head and stomach.

Waaa thank you! this is exactly what i was looking for; i had the idea to make a little bird to put over my sewing machine and use it as a pin cushion, but i'm not yet good at making patterns. This birdies are perfect! thank you!

Tehee, took a minute to remember the ways of the back stitch ^w^ Clearly a sign a new cosplay/modification needs to be made.
And good job, ko!

Yes, the back stitch is all we have haha! orz
But what to make =n=? the group must confer!

Hai! I was originally thinking of finally getting around to making the boots for Black Mage.
Beyond that, pretty sure our group has been notorious for agreeing on something, then last minute ditching...when the majority has completed their cosplays...days before the con x_X
Either that, or convince Kitsu to bring back Kurogane and Fai...and possibly Sakura...-_0
