Lotta work put into this one, and yet I am still not very happy with it. It just doesn't have the flow I wanted it to have. Too clustered. With this comic I am officially restarting the numbers from 1. Now that WEIRD STUFF is colored and in a new format I need to treat this like a new beginning.Look for a new Weird Stuff each Wednesday.

theres too much text in one block.. try making bigger blocks, less text, liek an overview

I struggled with the text on this one. Without the text, the comic would not work; and with the text, the comic has no flow. Classic Catch 22. It also ate up a good couple hours worth of time. Oh well, live an learn.

Text bubbles? Meh. I am trying to find a work around to them. Had bad luck in the past. They also clash with the scribbly art style I have. I need to work on it though.

I have been there and done that. I prefer comic illustration. Weird stuff is my bi-weekly comic that I practice comic technique. It is simplistic for a reason; one must master crawling before one learns to walk. Once I master that I will begin works on other projects that involve more detailed drawing. I prefer to create my own art style than subscribe to any one in particular. I have plenty of how to draw manga books, but you know what it funny, the one drawing book that has helped me the most is a human anatomy drawing book I use for reference...
