Alex: Huff... huff... huff... T-Thank you... Candace. But please, you don't need to feel bad about me losing. I lose just as many battles as I win. You learn to accept it after a while. If anything, I'm just confused about why you're so interested in my feet. I can't think of any reason why the winner would want to wash the loser's feet, especially if they smell as bad as mine...

Fifteen minutes and not once have you begged me to stop gliding my nails over your long, tender sole. Not to mention I heard a few moans coming from you, despite you being "so out of breath". I wonder why that is.~

I... W-Well, that is...Candace: Don't worry, Alex. Quite a few people I know love being tickled... some more than others.
And if your tongue is still too shy to admit it, then "Little Alex's" secret is safe with me.

Question: what' the story behind the pink shoes on top of the big pile of stuff?

Those are fluffy, soft-soled, one-size-fits-all slippers. Candace had given them to Alex so he has something to wear while his shoes are being washed, dried and sterilized. As for the colour, I had chosen magenta for that extra bit of awkwardness that Alex is undoubtedly feeling.

Smeargle...*flashbacks of Ilima's Smeargle and my Competitive Pokemon days* no, everything's ok.
But yeah, I guess this answers a few questions about Alex's choice of footwear. I was a bit curious about those flats ever since Kira removed them some 3-4 years ago from his feet and started aggressively licking away. Ahh, memories. That's still a favorite of yours.

Maybe...man, I kinda don't know how I feel about that though. If an Amour is basically capable of human speech, then we can imply they're sentient and then we throw them in a Pokeball. It's a huge reason I've never had a trainer OC myself. I may have one in the future, but any Amours they have will be like Pikachu/Togepi and be out of the Pokeball.
Mostly probably has some Amour deep lore that I haven't a clue on about this, but yeah. (Also, Mostly, we should communicate more on the Amour lore. My Plasma/Rosie/Fiora plot probably messes with your plot a lot)

I guess you can see it like how the Fate series does it (not sure if you know about that series). Kinda a Master-Servant relationship where the Amours are tied to their chosen one I guess? I see what you mean though, I would feel bad having an Amour and confining them to a pocket ball. Gotta let them stretch their legs out you know?
Should I like, request or commission a Pokémon Amour lore booklet or something? As someone who wants to create one, I would like to know if there's like some kind of guidelines and/or rules I should know about.

In all due points of honesty, as the guy who always comes up as the "second guy" when mentioned with Amours (Pokemon Amour belongs to Mostly and Steve, yadda yadda) and seeing how many people are making Amours that...are there...it would help. I don't wanna throw out names, but unfortunately, I feel like a few people...don't get it?
As for the former thing, I haven't much a clue what the fate series is, but a Master-Servant relationship rubs me weird as well because it screams superior vs inferior. I see it as an agreed upon companionship. Trust me man, when you're like me, you see everything as superior vs inferior. I may have this foot fetish because I've been metaphorically trampled on repeatedly my whole life.

The Master-Servant relationship in the Fate series is more of an agreed companionship as you described, seeing that neither is seen as inferior/superior in the relationship. But yes, that kind of relationship makes sense for the Amours.
You two should really get to writing some kind of bible for Amours. It would definitely help folks; those interested in them or want to make them alike.
