These masks were made out of plaster gauze and mixed materials. They are one of a kind and I do not plan on making copies of them. I may be willing to part with them.

I'd love a mask like this it would be even better(just in my opinion of course) without the hair and the white stripe on its face

very nice!!! exquisit design. what is teh bulk made of? plaster rubber, plastic, etc?
im looking to do an oni mask for my next project. im a beginner at "commercial" grade masks. how did you doo the hair? and is it only in the front or dose it go around the entire head? ive never yet thredded profecional wigs so something like that is out of the question, but if its woven or sewn soem how i may be abel to attempt soemthing.

I'm almost embarassed to tell you what the mask is made from, considering it's not as high-gradew as the things you think.
The mask was made by plastering my own face as a base. I then used paper, cardboard, and foul to shape and bulk up the face, thereby having los of detail without the weight. The wis was nothing more than your standard witch wig you get at walmart at halloween time. No threading required. The best part about that is that you affix it to the mask and it holds it right on your face.
Best of luck with your mask, make sure to send me pics when it's done!

brilliant mate. i guess i dotn have to make mine with hair. cuz buying another commercial wig isnt realy an option. i work at a costume shop, so it wont be hard as a sailsmen to use one, or suggest using one of our wigs to a coustomer( if teh storre wants to carry them.
). lol
