Another wallpaper for　果てしなく予言インフィニチ・クライシシュ - Infinity Crisis, this time featuring a theme from the first segment/book in the story. The parchment is stock, however it's been manipulated to an extent. The mon is, incidentally, my family mon.

Note: there are some rather intentionally archaic structures in the Japanese written there (e.g 'de ari' and omitting the verb to be entirely in one line).

Edit: since there were a few requests for this, from various people, here's a rough translation of the text on the wallpaper:

"In the distant future, on a yet more distant planet, a very terrible world war raged. The era is the year I.D. 6292 and upon this forgotten world, are those that Humanity left behind (other side) This place is Akamatsu. On this hidden, chaotic world, the future of all humanity shall be decided. This a matter of fate."

On the crest, from 12 o clock going clockwise are the kanji 'body' 'spirit' and 'mind'. Below that is simply the Japanese pre-title (Endless Prophecy).
