I know how to color PSDs and things with folders, but when I tried to color the base layer, the shading mostly stayed grey/whiteish :/

You have to also color the shade layer or set the shading layer to 'multiply' or 'color burn' so it changes color when coloring the base.Β

I set the layer to multiply. This is a very pretty lineart

Nevermind. I set the Shade layer to Multiply instead of Normal, and that fixed it

Since it's a psd, it doesn't work on paint.Β
Unless someone else makes a MS friendly one, it can't be used on programs that can't open psd ;n;
