so then they were like "o cool what's the character like"

and then they started listing off character traits that they thought were funny
and then they said "hey, your friend should make a character that's obsessed with suicide but can't commit suicide"

So basically as a summary, my idea was that he had worked for the Heart king (hence the hearts on his outfit) but when the Spade king captured him, he took his staff which included Jacks

Also I made Jacks hate Rouxl because he mainly has to clean up after him
